3. 本服务的性质
OddsCat 是一款足球研究与教育产品，提供数据分析、赔率比较与人工智能撰写的比赛简报。本服务使用虚拟积分进行模拟练习。
- 本服务不是博彩公司、博彩中介或交易所，不接受、不撮合、不结算任何真实赌注。
- “前往下注（Execute）”等出站链接会跳转到第三方持牌赔率/博彩网站；你与这些网站的任何交易由其自身条款约束，与本服务无关。
- 所有分析、概率、置信度与仓位示意仅供参考与教育，不构成投资、财务或博彩建议，也不保证任何结果或盈利。
4. 订阅（OddsCat Pro）
付费订阅通过 Stripe 处理。当前价格为每周 39 美元，含 1 天免费试用；订阅会自动续费，直至你取消。你可随时在账户中通过 Stripe 客户门户取消，取消将在当前计费周期结束时生效。除适用法律要求外，已产生的费用通常不退款。我们可能在提前通知后变更价格。
5. 可接受使用
你同意不滥用本服务，包括但不限于：自动化抓取、逆向工程、干扰系统、侵犯他人权利或将本服务用于任何非法用途。
6. 知识产权
本服务的代码、设计、文案与分析模型归运营者所有，未经许可不得复制或再分发。
7. 免责声明与责任限制
本服务按“现状”提供，不作任何明示或暗示担保。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本服务（包括依据任何分析做出的决定）所产生的任何损失，我们不承担责任。

1. Acceptance
OddsCat ("we", "the Service", at oddscat.win) is operated by the Service's owner. By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum age required by your local law for gambling-related content) to use the Service. By registering you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Nature of the Service
OddsCat is a football research and education product offering data analysis, odds comparison, and AI-written match briefs. It uses virtual credits for simulated practice.
- The Service is not a bookmaker, betting intermediary, or exchange, and does not accept, broker, or settle any real wagers.
- "Execute" and similar out-links take you to third-party licensed odds/betting sites; any dealings you have with those sites are governed by their own terms and are not our responsibility.
- All analysis, probabilities, confidence figures, and position sizing are for information and education only and do not constitute investment, financial, or betting advice, nor any guarantee of outcome or profit.
4. Subscriptions (OddsCat Pro)
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The current price is $39 per week with a 1-day free trial; subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Charges already incurred are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by automated scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the system, infringing others' rights, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service's code, design, copy, and analytical models belong to the operator and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including decisions made on the basis of any analysis.
8. Responsible Gambling

- El Servicio no es una casa de apuestas, intermediario ni exchange, y no acepta, gestiona ni liquida apuestas reales.
- "Execute" y enlaces salientes similares te llevan a sitios de cuotas/apuestas con licencia de terceros; cualquier trato con esos sitios se rige por sus propios términos y no es nuestra responsabilidad.
- Todo análisis, probabilidad, nivel de confianza y tamaño de posición es solo informativo y educativo y no constituye asesoramiento de inversión, financiero ni de apuestas, ni garantía de resultado o ganancia.
4. Suscripciones (OddsCat Pro)
Las suscripciones de pago se procesan mediante Stripe. El precio actual es de 39 USD por semana con 1 día de prueba gratis; se renuevan automáticamente hasta que las canceles. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde el portal de cliente de Stripe en tu cuenta; la cancelación surte efecto al final del período de facturación actual. Los cargos ya realizados generalmente no son reembolsables, salvo cuando lo exija la ley aplicable. Podemos cambiar los precios con aviso previo.
5. Uso Aceptable
Aceptas no hacer un mal uso del Servicio, incluido el scraping automatizado, la ingeniería inversa, interferir con el sistema, infringir derechos de terceros o cualquier fin ilícito.
6. Propiedad Intelectual
El código, diseño, textos y modelos analíticos del Servicio pertenecen al operador y no pueden copiarse ni redistribuirse sin permiso.
